Execute the Tim Hortons Baking Program by following the Always Fresh procedure, adhering to shelf life standards, and maintaining showcase inventory to ensure product accuracy and quality. Deliver consistent customer service by stocking the showcase, assisting in the restaurant front, and executing service recovery for guest concerns through the S.E.T. Principles. Prepare products efficiently to meet speed of service targets, monitor fridge and freezer inventory, and record temperatures in the Time & Temperature Log. Maintain a clean production area, follow all sanitation guidelines, and comply with occupational health and safety legislation while wearing required personal protective equipment. Must be 16 years of age or older.
