Execute the Tim Hortons Baking Program's Always Fresh procedure to ensure products meet shelf life standards and accuracy requirements. Deliver consistent customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase with proper product selection and applying the S.E.T. Principles. Support speed of service targets by efficiently filling orders in the restaurant and drive-thru while executing service recovery for guest complaints. Prepare all products to minimize food waste, monitor fridge and freezer inventory, and submit accurate order quantities. Maintain the production area, clean the kitchen, and regularly take temperatures for required products, fridges, and freezers. Follow all restaurant policies, sanitation guidelines, and occupational health and safety legislation, including proper hand washing and personal protective equipment usage. Report any injuries, accidents, or unsafe conditions to the Restaurant Manager or Owner.
