Job Summary
Greet customers with prompt service, prepare baking mixtures, and pan, roll, and bake bread and frozen products using established recipes. Operate ovens, mixers, and slicers while maintaining strict sanitation standards and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. Assist with receiving, unloading, and verifying merchandise against vendor invoices, then organize display cases, coolers, and freezers. Adhere to all health and safety codes, manage damaged goods, and promote items on the public address system. Work flexible shifts based on store needs, utilizing equipment such as fryers, ovens, and pallet jacks in varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- knowledge of baking techniques
- ability to work as a team member and interact positively with customers
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location
- Authorized to work within the U.S.
