Job Summary
Greet customers with prompt, courteous service and assist in receiving, unloading, and verifying merchandise against vendor invoices. Prepare baking mixtures per established recipes, pan frozen products, and operate ovens, mixers, and slicers to bake and display fresh goods. Rotate inventory using first-in, first-out methods, maintain strict sanitation standards, and ensure full compliance with health and safety codes. Monitor display cases, coolers, and freezers while promoting items via the public address system and reporting inventory discrepancies or theft to management.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- knowledge of baking techniques
- ability to work as a team member and interact positively with customers
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location
- Authorized to work within the U.S.
