Job Summary
Baker role in a Tim Hortons setting focusing on product freshness and accuracy, guest-focused customer service, and efficient restaurant operations. Responsibilities include maintaining an appealing showcase and minimum product variety, adhering to the Always Fresh procedure and shelf-life standards, delivering friendly guest interactions, supporting speed of service, addressing customer concerns through service recovery, listening and apologizing when needed, following all operations standards, monitoring inventory and production quantities, preparing products to minimize waste, responding to showcase/product needs, assisting in serving guests, regularly taking product/fridge/freezer temperatures and recording them, keeping the production area clean, following sanitation and safety guidelines, and reporting injuries or unsafe conditions to management. Health and safety compliance, PPE usage, and proper hand-washing techniques are required, along with willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and be at least 16 years old.
