Job Summary
Prepare donuts and other bakery products according to operational and quality standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a clean, fast-paced environment. Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, maintain a positive team atmosphere, and demonstrate respect toward team members and guests. Execute multiple tasks including stocking, trash removal, and thorough cleaning of guest areas and restrooms. Resolve guest needs with urgency while adhering to safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines. Operate standard restaurant equipment requiring the ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds and use continuous bilateral motion of fingers and wrists.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic computer skills
- Have basic math skills
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- Must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Must be able to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Must adhere to uniform standards including; hat, name tag, clean pressed apron and white collared shirt
- Dark blue jeans without any rips or holes
- Nonslip shoes
