Job Summary
Prepare donuts and other bakery products according to operational standards while maintaining a clean, fast-paced environment. Arrive on time, demonstrate respect with guests and team members, and hold yourself accountable for designated shift responsibilities. Receive specialized training to execute multiple tasks, including resolving guest problems with urgency and adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a neat work environment through stocking, trash removal, and thorough cleaning of guest areas. This role offers a pathway to restaurant management for dedicated team members.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic computer skills
- Have basic math skills
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- Must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Must use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Must adhere to uniform standards including; hat, name tag, clean pressed apron and white collared shirt
- Must wear dark blue jeans without any rips or holes
- Must wear nonslip shoes
