Job Summary
Prepare donuts and other bakery products according to operational and quality standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a clean, fast-paced environment. Arrive at the start of your scheduled shift ready to promote a positive team environment by demonstrating respect and dignity toward team members and guests. Execute multiple tasks including stocking, trash removal, and thorough cleaning of guest areas and restrooms as directed. Resolve specific guest needs with a sense of urgency while adhering to established brand standards, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain uniform standards including a hat, name tag, clean pressed apron, white collared shirt, dark blue jeans, and nonslip shoes. This position offers a development pathway to restaurant management for committed team members.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic computer skills
- Have basic math skills
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- Must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Must be able to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Must adhere to uniform standards including hat, name tag, clean pressed apron and white collared shirt
- Must wear dark blue jeans without any rips or holes
- Must wear nonslip shoes
