Baker role at Nothing Bundt Cakes: follow NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods using commercial mixers and ovens, monitor baking, prepare ingredients, place pans in hot oven, package and label baked cakes, maintain baking and refrigeration logs, assist Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory, evaluate ingredients and finished cakes for NbC standards, and uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Requires precise measurement, ability to work on a fast-paced line, and willingness to learn NbC recipes available in English and Spanish; strong attention to detail and adherence to brand and quality controls.
