Job Summary
NbC Baker prepares and bakes cakes following proprietary recipes, using commercial mixers and ovens to meet production demands. Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, monitoring baking, proper packaging and labeling, storing products, maintaining sanitation and logs, assisting the Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory, and upholding NbC quality standards and dress code/personal hygiene policies. The role requires standing, bending, and working across various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in Covington, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- No formal education or work experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Previous bakery/foodservice experience is a plus but not required.
