Job Summary
Conduct daily baking operations by following proprietary recipes, utilizing commercial mixers and ovens, and monitoring the baking process. Prepare raw ingredients, place cake pans in hot ovens, and assist with daily production to ensure consistent quality for guests. Adhere to strict food safety standards, packaging protocols, and product rotation requirements while maintaining accurate baking and refrigeration logs. Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations to ensure supplies are ready for the next shift. Comply with all health and safety guidelines, dress codes, and personal hygiene policies. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality while operating independently on a fast-paced schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Baker or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant, or foodservice environment is a plus.
