Job Summary
Follow NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision to achieve productivity goals. Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and ovens to bake cakes, while assisting the baker with preparing raw ingredients, placing pans in the oven, and monitoring the baking process. Adhere to proper packaging, storage, and product rotation standards, maintaining accurate baking and refrigeration logs. Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation to ensure all baking supplies are prepared for the next shift. Comply with all health and safety guidelines, dress codes, and personal hygiene policies. Possess the strength to lift items up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods while operating adjacent to high-heat sources. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, demonstrating the discipline to work on a tight, fast-paced production schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Baker or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant, or foodservice environment is a plus.
