Nothing Bundt Cakes Nashville is hiring a Baker and Baking Assistant in a full-time or part-time capacity. Responsibilities include following NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods, using commercial mixers and ovens, preparing ingredients, placing pans in the oven, monitoring baking, proper packaging and labeling, maintaining logs, assisting the Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory, ensuring quality and safety standards, cleaning and restocking, and upholding NbC policies. On-the-job training is provided. Requires strong physical stamina with the ability to lift 50 lbs; applicants must be 18+. Bakery hours are Mon-Sat 9am-7pm, Sun 10am-4pm with typical shifts morning or midday.
