Job Summary
Full-time residency-trained Orthopedic Surgeon to join a busy surgical practice spanning Nampa to Baker City. Focus includes total joint replacement and helping athletes recover from injury and return to sport. Requires Idaho and Oregon medical licensure and board certification via ABOS or AOBOS. Typical clinic schedule is M-F with a minimum of 32 patient contact hours per week plus procedures, rounding, and consults. Board-certified physicians (ABOS/AOBOS) and licensure in Idaho and Oregon are required; privileges at SABCH and other system hospitals to be granted. Relocation, Health/Dental/Vision, and Retirement benefits are provided. 24/7 CRNA anesthesia support; in-house imaging and after-hours coverage for radiology and related services. Located in Baker City, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) or the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery (AOBOS)
- Idaho and Oregon medical licensure to support regional needs
- Granting of privileges at SABCH and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed
- Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
