Job Summary
Baker Mixer - Production role focusing on mixing raw materials to create finished baked goods per batch recipes. Responsibilities include obtaining and reviewing batch documentation, staging and preparing ingredients, ensuring proper and safe operation of equipment, adhering to Food Safety and GMP standards, monitoring product quality, following recipes to feed production lines, accurately entering mix records, participating in changeovers and sanitation, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality specifications. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a high school education or equivalent; 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. The position is in a fast-paced, automated manufacturing facility in Brampton, Ontario, with hourly pay in the CAD range and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
