Job Summary
Baker prepares a variety of baked goods, such as bread, pastries, and desserts, following recipes and production schedules. Responsibilities include measuring, mixing, and scaling ingredients; operating ovens, mixers, proofers, and other baking equipment; ensuring product quality, taste, and presentation; maintaining cleanliness and organization of baking areas; and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and restocking of baked goods. Requires availability to work early hours and collaboration with the team to support daily restaurant operations while upholding food safety and sanitation standards.
Required Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of related kitchen service experience required.
