Job Summary
The Baker will prepare a variety of baked goods (bread, pastries, desserts) following recipes and production schedules, measure and mix ingredients with accuracy, operate baking equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers), monitor quality and presentation, and maintain clean, organized baking and prep areas. The role requires availability for early hours to meet operational timelines and collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure timely production and restocking of baked items. Must adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines and support overall restaurant operations with a focus on quality and hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related kitchen service experience
