Job Summary
Work closely with the other bakers to produce great products and keep shelves full. Use appropriate baking techniques to achieve high quality products. Use accurate kitchen math and measurements to adjust quantities of recipes. Plan your day so needed items and tasks are completed efficiently, while still being flexible to change if needed. Know and follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Safe knife skills.
Required Qualifications
- Has baking experience in a commercial kitchen
- Has a current Oregon food handlers card
- Is a team player
- Is willing to learn
- Is a self starter and self manager
- Can stand for long periods of time
- Can lift and carry items up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
