Job Summary
Greet customers and deliver prompt, courteous service while maintaining a friendly, fun atmosphere. Prepare and bake bread, rolls, pies, and cookies per manual guidelines, ensuring all products meet quality expectations. Complete daily production sheets, break out frozen items, and manage stock rotation in coolers and freezers to maintain proper dates. Assist with ordering supplies, verifying self-service packaging weights and ingredients, and keeping workstations clean. Adhere to the Food City Food Safety program and cross-train in multiple operational areas as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
