Job Summary
Bake bread, rolls, pies, and cookies per manual guidelines; provide friendly customer service and maintain a positive, customer-first environment; greet and speak with customers and assist in preparing and producing quality food to meet or exceed company expectations; assist in proper product rotation, packaging with correct weights and ingredients, and adherence to local weights/measurements regulations; keep workstation neat, support food safety program, and cross-train in multiple areas with varying responsibilities; participate in daily production tasks and stock management; join Food City’s team-focused environment focused on cheerful service and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Food Service experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
