Job Summary
Produce quality baked goods and large batch food orders in a commercial kitchen while providing friendly service to guests. Operate most commercial kitchen equipment and demonstrate culinary skills including patisserie, pulled sugar, chocolates, confections, baking, and cake decorating. Follow recipes and specifications strictly, utilizing extensive knowledge of food ingredients, special diets, and food allergies to ensure safety and quality. High school diploma or GED equivalent with two to three years of bakery experience preferred.
