Baker II - Dollywood Theme Park - Full Time Seasonal

Baker II at Dollywood Parks & Resorts handles all bakery operations from ordering raw materials to finished baked goods, produces and decorates items (bread, muffins, cookies, cakes, pies, danish), acts as a quality inspector, follows FIFO and labeling standards, maintains sanitation and sanitation procedures, assists with inventory and production scheduling, and provides guest-facing showmanship through the production area window. Requires ability to work flexible hours, travel to different Dollywood locations, adherence to Start Fresh safety procedures, knowledge of proper cooking temperatures and hold times, and strong teamwork to support a high-paced bakery environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and comply with health department and ServSafe regulations. Education/experience: at least 16 years old, high school diploma or equivalent; bakery experience preferred; background check and drug screening required.
