Job Summary
Prepare breads and pastries, including doughs, fillings, proofing, and decorating; read production sheets to determine daily baked goods; cook according to recipes and quality standards; maintain kitchen logs for food safety; monitor appliance temperatures and report issues; assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations, counseling, and coaching; model professional conduct, follow policies, ensure confidentiality and asset protection; communicate clearly with staff and guests; foster positive team relationships; ensure safety and quality standards; perform duties requiring movement and lifting up to 25 pounds; endure standing for extended periods; perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
- Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience
- License or Certification: None
