Baker I - Dollywood Theme Park - Full Time Seasonal

Baker I at Dollywood is responsible for producing and decorating high-quality bakery items (bread, muffins, cookies, cakes, pies, danish) and acting as a quality assurance inspector to ensure product quality. The role enforces bakery production schedules, presents products to guests through an observation window, and manages labeling, dating, and FIFO practices. It includes guiding Hosts on proper food preparation, portion control, and storage, and maintaining inventory, cleanliness, and safety procedures. The position requires training Baker II/III, working across Dollywood locations, and completing ServSafe Manager Certification within 30 days of start. Additional duties include handling guest questions about Park layout/menu, performing credit card transactions per PCI standards, and complying with health department regulations. Must be at least 18, have a HS diploma or equivalent (culinary degree preferred), two years of bakery experience, and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. The role may require overtime, evenings, weekends, holidays, and lifting up to 50 lbs; candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and uphold the Dollywood Lead with Love values.
