Job Summary
Produce high-quality breads and rolls for customers in Oregon, Washington, and Alaska by operating equipment and performing functions within the fresh bread-making process. Select bread to be shipped to stores with accuracy while following company procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Perform all duties with honesty and integrity, ensuring manual dexterity and coordination meet requirements for lifting up to 55 lbs. Work full-time shifts, including day, night, and overnight rotations, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift, up to 55 lbs.
- Ability to reach and lift product, ingredient, equipment weighing up to approximately 55 lbs. with an average bucket weight of 40 lbs. and tray weight of 22 lbs.
- Manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance
- Ability to stand, walk, and move rapidly for entire work shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- Ability to do repetitious arm movements above and below shoulder level
- Mental alertness
- Ability to learn proper selection and inventory procedures
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts, weekends or holidays and split shifts as scheduled with notice
- Must be available for fulltime work with no restrictions
