Job Summary
Bake to HMBC standards by following bun/hoagie/loaf procedures, proofer and egging techniques, and oven operations. Maintain quality by monitoring products during baking, rotate through tasks as needed, and ensure PPE usage and workplace safety. Prepare stations with ingredients and equipment, document production activities, and uphold SQF/food-safety guidelines. Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced production environment are essential. Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior food production experience desirable. Location: Denver, CO.
