Job Summary
Bake and prepare bakery products including scratch recipes; operate and monitor baking equipment and proof box to ensure correct size, shape and freshness; fry donuts and rotate stock while maintaining safety and sanitation; provide exemplary guest service, assist customers with product questions and recommendations; maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas; record special orders and support bakery displays; actively contribute to team goals and suggestive selling when appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 12 months experience or successful completion of the Giant Eagle Apprenticeship program
- Experience Required: Satisfactory completion of job specific skills assessment
