Job Summary
Prepare and bake baked goods following COBS Bread recipes and quality standards; operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently; maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bakery; collaborate with team members to achieve bakery goals and exceptional customer satisfaction; manage production schedules to ensure fresh products are available daily; start shifts between midnight and 4 am; physical tasks include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 22 kg; certifications like Food Safe and First Aid are assets; training and development opportunities offered.
Required Qualifications
- prior bakery experience is an asset but not required
- certifications such as Food Safe and Basic First Aid are considered assets
- able to work early morning shifts between midnight and 4 am
- stand for extended periods
- lift up to 22 kg
- able to perform repetitive tasks including wrist rotation and bending
- health and safety and food safety standards
