Job Summary
Bake artisan bread and treats daily by following carefully crafted recipes, measuring ingredients, moulding dough, and processing items through ovens. Work alongside a small team to maintain bakery cleanliness and ensure a positive customer experience. Read production schedules and manage morning baking operations with pride in the community impact of fresh, donated goods. This full-time 3am shift role offers a fun team environment, flexible hours, and a development program for baking and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to stand and walk continuously for all tasks
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 22 kg
- Ability to frequently turn and reach
- Ability to occasionally push, pull, and perform some forward bending
- Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 meters
- Ability to constantly use both hands with frequent wrist rotation and flexing
- Ability to occasionally perform forceful gripping
