Baker

Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining a positive, friendly atmosphere. Prepare and produce quality food and products, including baking bread, rolls, pies, and cookies per manual guidelines. Execute daily production tasks such as completing production sheets, breaking out frozen product, putting up stock, and rotating items in coolers and freezers. Ensure all package products are properly packaged with correct weights to satisfy local regulations and maintain a clean workstation. Adhere to the Food Safety program and cross-train in multiple areas as needed.
