Experienced Baker needed to bake department products for orders and replenishment, while delivering courteous, friendly customer service and assisting in leading bakery clerks. Responsibilities include preparing, baking, and frying department items, ensuring product freshness and proper labeling, maintaining sanitation and safety, reviewing orders and production schedules, and supporting the bakery manager with scheduling and department tasks. Requires ability to operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proof box, sheeter, and related devices, and to provide reliable, timely service in a fast-paced environment.
