Job Summary
Baker at Einstein Bros. Bagels responsible for stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, assisting with guest service including order taking and sandwich making, and maintaining a safe, clean store while delivering quality baked goods. The role requires an early start (as early as 3 AM), ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction. The position offers no evening/night shifts, competitive pay with tips, PTO, 401K with company match, employee assistance program, and growth opportunities. Must be 18+ and able to pass background checks; a state driver’s license is preferred but not always required depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy
