Job Summary
Baker responsibilities include stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, and contributing to guest service by assisting with order taking and sandwich making. The role emphasizes teamwork to maintain quality of food and a clean, safe store environment. They start very early (as early as 3AM) with no evenings or nights, and offer benefits such as PTO, EAP, 401K with company match, and other wellness resources. This position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting and flexibility with varied hours, including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
- Background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
