Job Summary
Baker at Einstein Bros. Bagels responsible for stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, helping with guest service tasks such as order taking and sandwich making, and ensuring the quality and safe, clean preparation of food. The role involves early starts as early as 3AM, no evenings or nights for this shift, and a team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and benefits (PTO, 401K, EAP, life coaching, and tips). The position emphasizes bagel production, maintaining product quality, and contributing to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced bakery setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
