Job Summary
Baker at Einstein Bros. Bagels responsible for preparing baked goods and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced store. Participate in early-morning shifts (typically 3/4am to 10/11am), with emphasis on baking duties and opening/store operations as a keyholder. Follow food safety procedures, maintain a neat and clean appearance, and work as part of a team to create a positive guest experience. Benefits include a tip pool addition of $1–$5 per hour and a free meal each shift; typical hours include weekends and Mondays. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and have reliable transportation; bus stop is in front of the store.
