Job Summary
Overnight Baker responsible for production of donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, bagels and other bakery items; maintain production areas, ovens, equipment, freezers, and bakery cases; ensure food safety standards and proper labeling; perform donut finishing tasks (filling, frosting) and keep the work area clean and organized; operate restaurant equipment; respond to coaching, and collaborate with team during 8pm–5am shifts; growth opportunities and benefits provided. Must be punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in food production or bakery environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Overnight availability
- Ability to work independently and meet production needs
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to learn and follow brand standards
