Job Summary
Prepare donuts and other bakery products according to operational standards while maintaining a clean, fast-paced work environment. Arrive on time, demonstrate respect for team members and guests, and respond positively to coaching. Execute multiple tasks after receiving specialized training, ensuring guest satisfaction before they leave. Resolve specific guest needs with urgency and adhere to all safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a neat workspace by stocking, removing trash, and completing thorough cleaning of guest areas and restrooms. Adhere to uniform standards including hat, name tag, and clean pressed apron.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic computer skills
- Have basic math skills
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- Must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Must be able to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Must adhere to uniform standards including; hat, name tag, clean pressed apron and white collared shirt
- Dark blue jeans without any rips or holes
- Nonslip shoes
