Job Summary
Baker for Salt Lake City manufacturing facility with 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shifts (three 12.5-hour shifts per week). Produce high-quality baked products in a large-scale production environment, monitor dough handling, proofing, baking, and product quality, follow recipes and production formulas, conduct quality checks, and contribute to product testing and continuous improvement. Maintain food safety, GMP standards, and a clean, organized, safe work area; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; prior baking or food manufacturing experience required. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of baking, pastry, commercial bakery, or food manufacturing experience
- Experience with dough handling, proofing, and baking processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills
