Job Summary
Baker at Crumbl Cookies – read and understand recipes, measure and combine ingredients using mixers and ovens to make cookies, decorate and display finished products, ensure food safety and quality, greet customers, take orders and payments with exceptional service, clean and restock workstations, and maintain sanitized equipment. Must communicate in English, multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, be able to stand for long periods and lift 10-55 lbs, and have a flexible schedule. Prior baking experience is a plus; Sundays off and employee discounts are offered. Location: Lakeland, FL.
Required Qualifications
