Job Summary
Bake cookies following Crumbl recipes, measure and combine ingredients using mixers and ovens, decorate and display finished products, ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls, greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean, sanitized workstation; requires smiling, eye contact, emotional connections with guests, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, flexible scheduling, 16+ years old, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and ability to stand for several hours and lift up to 55 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs
- Facemask, properly worn, are required
- Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Communicate effectively in English
