Oversee mixing and rolling of cookies, prepare dough for daily use, and evaluate quantities at shift start. Process payments, take orders, and serve food or beverages to customers while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across all store areas. Ensure all food and products are prepared according to recipes and standards, including baking, decorating, and arranging items. Occasionally work the counter to help customers or assist with final order preparation. Maintain appropriate cleaning schedules for storage areas and work independently to solve problems and fulfill orders.
