Job Summary
Prepare and bake artisan breads, pastries, cookies, muffins, and scratch-made goods daily by scaling, mixing, shaping, and finishing products according to established recipes and quality standards. Read and follow recipes using baker's percentages and production schedules while maintaining a clean, food-safe environment and monitoring inventory levels. Collaborate with bakery and café teams to ensure products are ready for service, pitching in wherever needed to support the team and meet production goals without compromising quality. This role requires weekend availability and flexibility for early-morning and overnight shifts, with a competitive hourly wage plus shared tips.
