Job Summary
Baker Associate (Part Time) responsible for baking bread to DiBella’s specifications and assisting with deli service. Duties include following the DiBella’s Bread Manual to bake bread, maintaining the par list, keeping the bakery clean and organized, using provided safety equipment, preparing hot and cold sandwiches upon customer request, delivering friendly and efficient customer service, and supporting shift duties during busy periods. Requires ability to work early mornings, weekends, and to stand for extended periods, with the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
