Prepare fresh breads, pastries, and baked goods by following recipes, portioning and proofing doughs, and operating ovens while monitoring bake times. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by labeling and rotating products and supporting food safety procedures. Assist with inventory and prep work throughout the day.
