Job Summary
Update product labels and prices, maintain clean work areas and display cases, and prepare baking ovens and equipment under supervision. Make bolillo, Conchas, cookies, and donuts, apply finishing touches like sugar and icing, and follow health standards. Prepare invoices and report faulty equipment or hazards to management. Perform any other tasks assigned by the store manager. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read at an eighth-grade level
- Basic knowledge of mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication and divisions)
- Ability to write notes, instructions, orders, invoices and descriptions of cake orders
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
