Job Summary
Baker role in a Tim Hortons baking program responsible for following Always Fresh procedures, maintaining an appealing guest-facing showcase, and ensuring product freshness and quality. Duties include providing consistent customer service, assisting with fast service in both restaurant and drive-thru, handling service recovery, listening to guest feedback, preparing products per standards, monitoring inventory and temperatures, recording waste and temperature logs, maintaining a clean production area, following sanitation and safety guidelines, and using PPE as required. The position emphasizes teamwork in restaurant operations, adherence to policies, and readiness for rush periods while meeting minimum guest-service expectations.
