Job Summary
Baker position within Tim Hortons Baking Program focused on preparing products per standards, maintaining a visually appealing showcase, and delivering consistent guest-service. Responsibilities include following approved procedures, monitoring inventory and temperatures, minimizing waste by producing smaller quantities throughout the day, assisting in serving guests, handling service recovery, listening to guest concerns and apologizing as needed, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and front areas. Must support speed of service targets, follow health and safety guidelines, wear PPE as required, and report incidents to management. Skills emphasized include customer service, attention to hygiene, time management, operating with updated SOPs, memory of product standards, and teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
