Job Summary
Baker prepares products and adheres to Always Fresh procedures to ensure quality; delivers consistent customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase and meeting minimum quantity/variety standards. Helps drive-through and restaurant front to fill orders quickly, follows SET principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You), and conducts service recovery to address guest concerns. Performs restaurant operations tasks including production, inventory monitoring, temperature logging, and waste reduction, while maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen with proper hand washing. Follows health and safety guidelines and uses required PPE. Must be 16 years of age or older and supports a safe, efficient kitchen environment during rush periods.
