Job Summary
Baker role at Tim Hortons Baking Program focusing on consistent, high-quality product preparation and guest-facing service. Responsibilities include following Always Fresh procedures, maintaining show-ready displays, delivering friendly customer service per company SET principles, supporting speed of service, handling service recovery, listening to guest concerns, and adhering to sanitation, safety, and operational standards. Performs product preparation, inventory checks, waste minimization, temperature logging, and assists in front-of-house service as needed. Maintains cleanliness, proper handwashing, and compliance with health and safety policies, and reports any injuries or unsafe conditions to management. Must be 16+.
