Job Summary
Baker position with early-morning shifts (3-4am to 10-11am) at Tim Hortons Baking Program. Responsibilities include following the Always Fresh procedures, maintaining an appealing guest showcase with required product variety, delivering consistent customer service, and adhering to the SET Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You). Help meet speed-of-service targets in the restaurant and drive-thru, participate in service recovery by addressing guest concerns, and assist with front-of-house duties as needed. Maintain production-area cleanliness, monitor temperatures, inventory, and waste, record data on production sheets, and uphold sanitation and safety practices. Must be 16 years of age or older.
